You will receive a comprehensive and holistic approach to weight loss along with suggestions for lifestyle changes that will support your healthy weight goals. Our consultations are designed to listen to your concerns and your weight loss plan is individually tailored specifically for you. We select from a variety of weight loss medications based on your health status and history.
Primary Care
We provide primary care for the homebound in the privacy of your home. Diagnosis and treatment plans lab work and x-rays can all be done in your residence.

Ilene is a dedicated healthcare professional with a certification in weight loss medicine and many years of experience in healthcare. She is the wife of a retired deputy sheriff, and she assists her husband now as he pastors a church in the community. She is very active in her community through volunteerism. She speaks publicly about current health issues and champions disease prevention.
